I'm a very frustrated MTN customer, I did an upgrade with Brendon Neethling on my birthday 3rd February 2013 and now regret doing it. I upgraded from an MTN 100 to an TN 200 contract. Brendon then made a mistake on the system and printed out an MTN 600 contract, but he re-assured me that he would sort the problem and assured me that I am indeed on the MTN 200 contract. me being ok with the fact that he would indeed do his job and follow it up said ok. my first billing statement then arrived and my shock I am being billed for an MTN 600 contract and still being billed for BIS after taking Samsung contract out! 5 months later and nothing has been done. I refuse to pay the extra amount that I am being billed for so obviously my account now states I am in arrears and my service has been cut. I have made all payment of R439 which the MTN 200 contract states. I have not once been late with a payment in the past 2 and a half years that I have had contract with MTN and this is how I get treated after an error that was not my error to begin with.
