I have a contract with mtn which a pay R299.00 per month, the agreement of the contact was to receive R200 airtime for 24months and 75 data bundles for the period of 12months which I accepted. According to the they explained to me when I took the contract, they said after twelve months if I don't have any data bundles I won't be able to use anything that requires data to access.to my surprise today they sent me sms to say that my account is overdue I must make a payment of R84 urgently. I called customer care on 808 @ 20:44 spke to Zanele who gave with such an attitude to their customer, she tellss that it's not their responsility to call me and inform me that my account is overdue but I sent them proof of payment on the 24th why didn't they inform me then that I must still make another payment of R84, they wait for so long and demand payment all of the sudden. I mean where must I get money now and they this lady spoke to me she treats customers like door mats. I won't pay this amount because I want informed About it, I always make sure that my account is paid up to date. This is not how customers must be treated. I am a loyal Mtn customer and this is not my only contract with them.
