How much money does MTN want to from me?!!!

In December 2012, I went into MTN Paarl Mall and canceled my contract as the two years were done and I was not going to take a upgrade. I filled in the form to retain my number on a prepaid basis, and in such cancelling my contract with emmediate effect.

Every month untill now the contract monthly fees have still been deducted from my account, as well as receiving airtime on contract billing rate (which is a rip off) as well as that all the airtime I buy and use on my number is billed on contract ratres.

I went back to MTN paarl mall and spoke to a second person to assist me, I emailed the form on the 8th of march, below is the email i received on the 19th of march 2013. This morning I again received contract airtime which means I still have the same problem.

I am starting to concider taking legal actions against MTN and not its employees. I have been forced to ask someone from Canal walk MTN to assist me.

I want to get the new Samsung S4, but never again through MTN.
