Money on contract not given as per contract

On 7 March 2013 I upgraded my cellphone contract from R 99 a month (I then received R 100 airtime and 10 MB) to a R 209 a month contract where I receive R200 airtime plus 75 MB and 25 MB free. The consultant who upgraded my contract told me that I would only be billed for it in April - the next month. I was surprised to see that I was then already billed for the new contract in March - R 209 was deducted from my account. On 12 March I though only received the old contract's benefits which was R 100 airtime and10 MB. After I went to a MTN store and complained I received the data that afternoon. (75 plus 25 free MB). I still have not received the R 100 that MTN owe me on the new contract (I only received R 100). They said that I would pay R 100 less on my next account - thus in April. I have received my new account and it is still not corrected. MTN was quick to take my money for the new contract but still has not given me my benefits that I should receive. I am very disappointed with them.
