Call Centre Agents Rude And Don't Want To Help

I was called this morning by a call centre agent who asked to speak to my Stepfather not giving me her or company name. I told her that this was my personal number but what is it regarding, she said "NO, if you don't know him" to which I cut her off and said "I do no him, what is it regarding" She said "It is private business" and dropped the call. I googled the number and called them back, the second agent would not put me through to a Supervisor & after I had to start getting upset did she give the phone to Brian, who asked me to send a sms and complain? I phoned again & asked another agent to change the number and wanted to supply my stepfathers contact number and ID number, to which he responded he can't do that, again I requested to speak to a supervisor, he told me that a supervisor was not on duty, I asked how is that possible, I just spoke to Brian, he then told me that it is impossible as Brian only starts work at 10 - this call was made at 9:30 - basically trying to tell me I was lying. I eventually got to Brian after insisting that I spoke to him and asked Brian the same - he took the ID number and correct tel nr 0846803100. All Agents were RUDE & UNHELPFUL
