I finished paying my contract in May already however Autopage continue debiting my account, my husband decided to call them to put a stop to it he was informed that his number is blocked and will be given to another person, how pathetic is that we paid the contracr for 24 months and I feel we have the right to own that number what makes matter worse is that I had about more that R150 of airtime in that phone so how the am I I suppose to use it if my number is blocked, this is not the first time that we're suffering due to Autopage's incompetence, then when you phone their call centre to receive some incompetent agents that are rude to you and refuse to help, currently my sim is unregistered and I need it sorted out without me lifting a finger as it was not my fault to begin with, I spoke to some rude agent Sandra who blutantly refused to help me and refused to put me through to he superiors, some cheek she have, then she hung up on me I had to call in again and spoke to Imthiaz who promised to give me feedback in a day's time, i'm still waiting, this happened last Thursday already, someone please get back to me asap before i take this furthe
