Eceived a bill that was incorrect to the contract that i signed. when i queried the bill getting through the call centre was a mission, the consultant was not helpful. went to the store that i initiated the contract could not assit me as the information that they dispensed contradicted the information i got from the call centre. the call centre could not help me through the store. i could not be given a person or contact that i could liase with directly... just reffered to the call centre details. worst service that i ever received and would not recommend anyone to do business with this institution... basically they are a rip off... their MO is that by making dealings with them difficult... the problem disappears
