I went lakeside mall. Took back a t-shirt i bought for R800. The shirt started to get lose material. Their reciept says the will refund if proven defect and proof of purchases is provided. Witch i did. After waiting for the manager who opened late said she cant help me and it needed to be sent away. Witch does not stated anywhere. After no joy i asked her to phone her regional. Was told to do it my self. His phone was off. Tipical from the service i was getting. Argued and she phoned head office only to say they dont awnser as no one is there. Phoned myself and geuss what. Someone awnsered. Ignatias who is a clerk. After requesting his position in the company witch he refused to give me. I was then told to phone jp. Phoned him. Still no joy. What more testing must be done on a shirt if u can see clearly that its pulling lose. I bougt a shirt with the addidas marking on witch is now a year old and i dont have this issue with it. Kinda makes me wonder if the shirt i bought was at all original. Also none of the staff has name bages witch is law according to consumer act. All and all. Terrable. Will never deal with them again.
