Call centre not able to assist with no escalation

My landline is dead since 14/12. I lodged a fault report on 15/12 and followed up on 18/12 to get a status update. I was told by the call centre agent that they will come out on 18/12 to fix the line. Nobody came out and I phoned again on 19/12. The agent I spoke to can't comment on what other agents has committed and the first agent can't be traced. They also can't give me any other numbers to phone to speak to the technicians or anyone that can assist. The bottomline is, according to the agent, that I should just hope for the best.

I would like to speak to someone at Telkom that can advise me the timelines, etc in which they will get my line up and running again.
