Sim swap gone wrong

My wife Pauleen who is on a Talk500 contract package upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Smart XL package) and had to have a sim-swap done, because the Galaxy S4 takes a micro SD simcard instead of the normal size simcard.
Instead of swopping my wife's simcard like they where supposed to, they somehow ended up swopping my daughters simcard (on a completely different number) which left both my wife and daughter without a working phone.
A simple mistake we thought, one that would easily and quickly be rectified.
How wrong we where!! 6 days and approx. 18 phone calls later the problem still has not been sorted out.
Despite repeated promises over and over again (Nabielah, Cindy, Phumela, Sipho, Amanda, Tanya among others) my wife can still not use her new phone.
The level of incompetence and indifference is just staggering!!
One never gets to speak to the same person twice (even though we ask for them by name) and all they do is pass the buck. Getting to speak to somebody higher up who could perhaps make a difference does not seem possible either, they just do not make themselves available.
