I was interested in upgrading my contract with MTN, so I scanned through their Y'ello deals booklet (16-31 October 2013).

I went to my nearest MTN Store on 30th October and asked for an upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7", surprisingly the MTN employee informed me that they are out of stock because they sent all their store back to the supplier. Like any other customer would, I asked how can they sent back their stock when the month hasn't even come to an end yet and the promotions and contract deals are still available? Yet, they could not give me an explanation as to why they sent back their stock. I'm so disappointed in the bad service.
