A 24 Hour delay now already 5 DAYS

This is now not the first time I complain about MTN and I guarantee it won't be the last. Mine hasn't been sorted out and I have now given up on this lost cause. My wife now has the fun trying to get her upgraded phone working. She upgraded on Saturday the 8th to a Samsung Galaxy S4. With this new nonsense of micro sim's she had to do a sim swap. According to the lady it would take 2 to 24 hours for this to work. That should have happened on Sunday the 9th. It's Thursday the 13th and there is still now activity on the new sim. Every time you call to find out what's going on they say the server is down. You get 7 days to test your phone and if something does not work within that period you can exchange it. 5 Days has passed and due to MTN's incompetence sorting out there server, if that really is the problem, my wife only has two days left.

I'm now more certain than ever that I will cancel my MTN contract as soon as I see the contract through because this is just pathetic.
