I put in a request to cancel my contract and move back to prepaid in the beginning of this month with Vodashop Boskruin, I also asked for the cancellation to happen on the 15th September as I am immigrating to Dubai on the 25th September and need to have my prepaid number activated for international roaming so the various moving companies can contact me. I finally I was assured on the 13th September that it had been done, and that I would have my number running on prepaid on the 16th September. On the 16th September I contacted Vodashop Boskruin to find out why nothing had been done and was told again that the consultant was not available but I must leave my number and he will call me back. I then contacted the cancellations department to en quire as to why my contract was still active and when I will be active on pre paid. I was informed by the cancellations department that not only had my cancellation not been requested but it couldn't be done until the end of the month or 30 days. This now leaves me in a position where once my contract has been converted to prepaid I have no way of activating international roaming and recharging my number I expect this issue to be sorted
