Billing for new contract that was canceled

I reported a billing for a cancelled contract on the 29th Nov 2013 (report link below) and I have not received any feedback. The response to the complain was that the matter will be investigated and I'll get feedback which has not happened to date. I went to the Midrand branch on the 30th Nov 2013 to get a better understanding of this issue and I was told the matter will be investigated. I received an email from nashua on the 05 Dec 2013 which informed me that help desk can not credit me the money debited from my account because porting is considered a renewal of a contract. If that is the case, why did I sign new contract documents? What frustrates me is that the phone had been returned to the dealer when I went to collect it, and as a result I decided to cancel the contract. Why am I being charged for a contract that I don't have? The phone was never in my position. I would understand if I was charged porting cost but charging me for a cancelled contract does not make sense. Does this mean I'm not allowed to cancel a contract with them?

NASHUA MOBILE IS GIVING ME VERY BAD SERVICE.
