Cancellation of Contract

On 26 April took out contract with Nashua Mobile (Vodacom) contract.
After a few days the contract could not get activated.
After a week I returned the Phone and signed the cancellation documents.

On 1st June the debit order went off my account for the 1st month account and usual sim and connection.
I emailed the sales person on 4 June and got a reply back from her on 6 June that they would look into it and that I should put a stop order on my account.

On 2 July I emailed the sales person again and no response from her.
I also informed her that Nashua Billing informed me that the contract was still active and no cancellation was reflected. The ref from Nashua Mobile was 2001728918.
In the email I also mentioned that the stop order did not work. As my account was debited.
A day later I visited my bank and got the payment reversed.

On 16 July I emailed the sales person again and no reply to my email.

On 21 Aug Nashua replied that they will sort out ASAP (During previous post on this site)
Now 11 Nov and nothing done

On 17 Oct emailed the Line Manager at Riverhorse Valley and still nothing done
No Feedback since (Sent 2 follow up emails)

Worst Company to ever deal with!!
