NO DATA OR SMS AS PER CONTRACT!

MTN did not provide DATA &/or SMS as per packages for months and we keep on complaining to get sorted!
THIS CAUSE MY AIRTIME TO BE SPENT AND IN THE END I NEED TO BUY DATA AFTER PAYING FOR A SERVICE.

First happened with our package MTN 200 Top up where MTN did not credit the DATA & SMS for months and we needed to stay in a queue for a long time waiting to explain them where is the problem. We asked them to enter in their system and check our Data & SMS account so we confirmed the problem.
Now with the new package "My MTN 500" the same thing is happening and we identified since August 2013 and until today nothing has been sorted!
On 28 Oct, after contact them several times i decided to visit the shop, so Mrs Mtati, Busiswa assisted me and I've advised Mrs Zahida Stewart (Mgr), which helped me to sort the previous problem.

ACTIONS to be done:
1-AS I'VE BEEN TOLD BY THE ABOVE PEOPLE THAT THE DATA CARRIES OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH THEN I NEED MTN TO CREDIT MY DATA BACK.
2-MTN TO EMAIL ME WITH THE COMPLAIN# AND HOW MANY DATA & FOR EACH MONTH WERE CREDITED SO I CAN CHECK (upgraded on 24 July 2013 to a Mtn 500 TU 250MB)
