Vodacom refuse to send invoices and bills

I visited the Fourways branch to move my Vodacom Account from one company name to another on 8 Feb 2012. All info remained the same. After a month or two I realized that I was not receiving my invoices and detailed bills from Vodacom anymore. Itemized billing is a paid service costing R15 per month. I sent an email to the relevant person that handled the account transfer and told her I am not getting my statements and invoices via email. I also had multiple calls to the Vodacom call centre. I therefore sent a letter to [Email Removed] who says "Vodacom can unfortunately not accept liability for factors that contribute to the failure for the delivery of your billing reports as it is always your reponsibility to enquire should it become evident that there is disparancies with the delivery of these services". I want all by detailed billing and invoices from 8 Feb 2012 as I paid for it. The can not tell me it is my fault and they won't give it to me. They gave me my last invoice and statement. I spend more than R36, 000 per year with Vodacom and and will be leaving them soonest.
