I upgraded my contract with vodacom from a blackberry to the smart s package on the iPhone 5s last year November, this came into effect 1 dec 2013. The package I took was for 75 free minutes, 200 SMS, 200 data with addition 500 Promotional data. From day one when I checked my available balances and I noticed that I'm never credited with the 500 promotional data. I tried all avenues of checking my balances but to my surprise I cannot obtain the information I need. I called numerous times last month and this months about the same problem. At this point I'm fed up as my bills are running to thousands rands now because of this problem. 24 months is a long time to deal with thus problem every month. I called on the 2 jan to enquire I was told I have 1gig promotional data of with I could not see, less than 24 hours I called again then I was told I've used it up, I called again for the 3rd time I was tons that they cannot pick up on the system if I had received these fir the month of January, in the mean time my bills is sky rocketing...
