Vodacom
Data disappearing from account

Upgraded a month ago. Contact changed. Wanted a little data before the upgrade happened. So bought with my own money a 5 Gig data package. Knew package would change, but didn't know my data would just vanish. It was pointed out that it would only expire the 27/12/2013. But coming this morning, my data is gone. The only resolution I want from vodacom is my data back, my original 3.89Gb I had left. I have respect for vodacom services but this utterly disappointed me.
