It has now almost 3 months that my complaint has been outstanding with MTN Regional Manager. I have requested for a Migration from Voice to data early September. The same day that I have
Requested the migration an "upgrade" was done on my line. After 8days and numerous queries at the MTN Wonderpark Middelburg I was advised that my line and migration was blocked as
A upgrade was done on my phone by an MTN staff member. The upgrade first needs to be cancelled and thereafter can the migration be done. This took another day or
2 before the migration was done. At around the 20 Sept I received my statement and was billed for a Top-up R350.00 plus top up fee's. I logged an enquiry with MTN as I have never been on a
R350 package nor did I upgrade to this and my phone is still been blocked. Unable to use my sim. After several phone call and numerous Emails to Izak Joubert the Regional Manager my account
Has still not been rectified, and my sim is still blocked. The outstanding bill as per my statement received yesterday is R1400.00. Many promises was made by Izak to have the amount reversed
But still nothing. I was also promised to have the phone unblock
