Cell C
No Call back received

I phoned Cell C on the 9/10/13 already complaining that data went missing, I stated to Lional the consultant that I know it isn't on there site but on mine but if we can chq what software updates is running on my labtop. He made a huge issue about this stating to get this info I must go to court to get a court order I again said to him I know it must be a software issue so why must I go to court, I aked him to ask his manager to call me, nobody called me. I phoned again on the 15/10/13 and someone promised to call me back but date I am still waiting. Also on this date they keep on cutting me off and I needed to phone again I have wasted nearly an hour on the phone with these people. I have also asked Cell C if they are going to match the Telkom Mobile deal were you get 2 simcards on the same no on prepaid but I am being transferred from pillar to post and to date no feedback or proper answer.
