Pathetic Service! NO Feedback!

I am so disgusted in the pathetic cusomer service I've received! I did an upgrade in March 2013 and called back the same day to cancel the upgrade on both my phone lines. The upgrade that i CANCELLED was for Smart 100 contracts! I than decided on a package/phone and did an upgrade for both lines in April 2013, to the Top up 200 contract, which i am currently on. Prior to the upgrade which I chose & agreed to, i was on a Top Up 135 contract (again, on both lines). I am now being billed on the Smart 100 contracts which i cancelled!!! How can I be billed for phone calls and sms's when I am on a prepaid contract!!! I have called numerous times, explained this to numerous call centre agents, accounts dept, call centre managers! I logged a dispute (service request) on the 9th May, stating all of the above! The migration to the Top UP 200 was done on 30 April 2013, I am therefore only paying for that from the end of May. Yet I am being billed on Smart 100, my phone line is blocked, because i refuse to pay for Vodacoms incompetence! And NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY VODACOM TO CORRECT THIS! Other than to send me from one incompetent person to another!!!
