MIGRATION FEE CHARGED WITH AN UPGRADE

I WENT TO VODACOM TO ENQUIRE WHEN MY NEXT UPGRADE IS AVAILABLE AND VICTORIA TOLD ME BECAUSE I HAVE A HIGH AIRTIME USAGE I CAN UPGRADE IMMEDIATLY. I CONTINUOUSLY ASKED IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER COST PAYABLE AND SHE SAID MORE THAN ONCE, NO. I ONLY PAY THE R150 UPGRADE FEE AND THAT IS IT. I PAID THE R150. THE PACKAGE I GOT IS THE TOP UP 315 WITH 500MB DATA AND 200 SMS'S FOR R640. MY WHOLE AIM WAS TO REDUCE COST AS I PREVIOUSLY WAS ON A TALK 350 AND DID NOT USE ALL THE MINUTES ALTHOUGH I PAID - R1000 PER MONTH FOR YEARS ON! MY NEEDS WAS TO HAVE - 200 MINUTES AIRTIME WITH THE REST AS MENTIONED AND SHE SAID IT WILL SUITE MY NEEDS BEST. I TOOK THE DOCUMENTS AND NOTICED ON THE TOP THERE WAS A MIGRATION FEE OF R1592, 01 ADDED AND I IMMEDIATLY ASKED HER ABOUT IT AND SHE SAID DON'T WORRY - THERE WILL BE NO FEE CHARGED. I SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS. THIS MONTH I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE BILL OF R2670, 95. THEY CHARGED ME R1592, 01 MIGRATION FEE AND THE REST OF THE ACCOUNT ADDED TO R1078, 94 PLUS I HAD TO BUY R300 EXTRA AIRTIME. I WANT A CREDIT ON THE MIGRATION FEE BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL MY UPGRADE WAS DUE TO AVOID THE PENALTY AND I NEED TO AMEND MY PACKAGE IMMEDIATLY - NOT ONLY AFTER 3 MONTHS
