Could I please get a competent person to answer my question. The feedback received will determine if I remain or move to another service provider.

I'm due for an upgrade. My upgrade number is populated in the *your policy or ID no* field.
I'm on Anytime R100. The first 12 months I received 75mb of data. Off I go to the store, wanting the Samsung galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. The information giving to me was as follows. Because I'm on a voice/data package, there will be a migration fee, as I want to upgrade to a data package. I got the same info when I called 808.

I call Mtn direct. I was informed there will be no migration fee as I'm upgrading to a higher package. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

So, please, give me the correct information.
