Over charged and told to keep paying and wait

I upgraded my blackberry contract last year and have not received a single itemized invoice from them. After finally receiving one today I am now aware that I have been over charged for data which is included in my contract plan as unlimited. I can only assume this has been happening every month since I am always paying over than what my contract should add up to. After logging a complaint I was informed that someone would contact me within 24 hours, no one called. And now I was informed that it would take 14 working days. My debit order is supposed to go off tomorrow so therefore I will be paying once again extra money which I will be fighting to get back. Ridiculous.
