In September my altech autopage account was alarmingly high, I then phoned into Altech and the had informed me that my number has been subscribed for services rendered by your company. I didn't't complain and paid the amount owed for September 2013, but now in October 2013 I am still being charged for the services. Altech had requsted STS to unsubscribe my number on the 19th of September 2013 and nothing has happened, the call centre agent at STS was so unprofessional and could not help. Could someone contact me from management please as I require my refund for the month of October 2013. Besides the contract that I have with Altech is for a tablet and I hardly use the data bundle on it because of the Wi-Fi that I have at home. This company seems to be the biggest bunch of. Please note that the number posted on the website is not the number that is subscribed.
