I have had a recurring problem for the past 3 months. The only way anyone takes you (a little) seriously is to lodge a complaint on Hellopeter - otherwise they are unable to assist. I am not receiving my usage report for my 2 lines (only an invoice with the subscription) which results in 2 debit orders coming off my account - 1 of which I do not know what the amount is. Apparently Virgin Mobile has changed systems and as a result the customer is not able to receive a PROPER invoice which reflects BOTH subscription and usage. Today is the 30th and I STILL do not know what amount will be debited off my account tomorrow. Despite several calls, VM cannot tell me how much will be deducted tomorrow. Be assured that both my lines will be cancelled with VM.
