Useless invoice

I have been requesting corrections and accurate information on my bills since August 2013.
It takes over an hour's worth of calls to the call centre before anyone even attempts to admit that there's a billing problem.
Most recently I requested details as to why my bank account was debited with R 1 320.83.00 for the December invoice when the usage amounted to R 947.03 (which is also incorrect by the way) AND successful collection was made for the November invoice already.
Multiple credit and debit notes are being passed on the account for no reason whatsoever.
The invoice amount for on the statement section of the invoice differs from the invoice content by R 1 600.00
The balances do not make any sense and the debits and credits added and subtracted from it does not add up.
Balance for 10/11/2013 starts at -1341.21
Invoice noted for 05/12/2013 in the amount of 2547.01
This should make the new balance 1205.80, but no, THIS statement shows that the new balance is 3060.83.
Clearly, at Virgin, 1 1 does not equal 2, it equals 11.
I am now done with requesting the call centre to give me the correct breakdown of my statements, invoices and charges since August 2013, contact me
