After battling for weeks for Virgin Mobile to get my account in order, the same thing happened again with the latest invoice/statement being sent to me. This is now really getting ridiculous.
On the previous statement I was charged R145.24 for smsse which I'm supposed to get for free which was reversed. Now, on the new invoice/statement I was charged AGAIN for smsse and the exact same amount as the last time. What is wrong with Virgin Mobile? On the previous statement the usage amount was also incorrectly calculated and reflected.. On the new invoice/statement, again I can nowhere see where the R100 airtime I get per month is reflected or taken into account.
Furthermore, the statement mentions that the next debit order date is 30 July, but the debit order has already gone off today which is only the 24th which is 6 days before the authorised date.
Virgin Mobile needs to reverse the unauthorised debit order immediately and only pass the debit order on 30 July with the CORRECT amount.
I need to be phoned by Virgin Mobile on 25 July on 0761552543 by Londiwe.
