Huge Billing Erro

I persuaded my family to switch to Neotel because based on our prevoius telephone and internet usage we would save money. Until recently our billing remained constant until we were billed R8000 for internet usage.

I am very embarassed that I persuaded my family to use Neotel because this has caused them a lot of stress and nightmares. Nobody at Neotel is able to assist and the problem always gets escalated but nobody resolves the problem. I think it gets escalated to the rubbish bin and they just want to rip us off.

We have been to the Neotel N1 store, the Belville offices and the staff do not know how to resolve the problem. We have bumped into managers and they admit that it is a billing problem but they were too busy to assist.

We have hired an independant IT company to monitor our internet usage and they discovered that the billing does not match actual usage. Even the usage monitor on the router supplied to us by Neotel differs from what they charge us.

We are not trying to run away from Neotel but we would like a competent person to resolve this problem.
Once it is resolved we are also prepard to upgrade to a uncapped package to be fair.
