Data usage and bill incorrect

For two of the last three months (August and October) my internet usage has been incorrect, resulting in a bill almost double that of any other month for the past 2years (atleast). I queried this in August already and was told that it was right and I should switch my data off at night and I had to pay the bill. It has now happened again on my October bill and this is unacceptable. I demand a full recon, detailing exactly what internet sites are being accessed at the quoted times. This is even more frustrating because the itemised billing reveals internet access when I am at home and on Wifi. I want someone knowledgable and competent to call me back as your call centre agents are useless, the last one not even knowing what the billing rate for data is.

I expect this to be resolved, and all amounts erroneously billed credited to me for the months stipulated above.
