Shocking customer service

Do NOT sign up with iBurst! I have had endless problems with their service, signal and cancellation dept. The Modem only works in certain (very few) areas in Cape Town. Once my 24 month contract expired iBurst continued to bill me per month. After sending a complaint, I received no response whatsoever.
Please do not make the same mistake I made.
