High usage on Neoflex data while away

During September I logged the 1st call, when my normal usage from 5-7gb jumped to 23gb in September. Funny thing is, it shows usage on their system and I was away for the 1st week of September. (Neoflex is connected with cable to my Desktop and NO wi-fi) I have been shoved from pillar to post, every time I phone it's been escalated to another department and every time they try to say that someone is using my wi-fi! This is NOT the case as I have switched OFF the wi-fi on the device!!! My My-Fi Neotel system that my daughter uses is completely wi-fi and never goes over 3-5gb per month, same house! Neotel is hopping that I will let this go, but after a 5gb jump in 3 days in Oct, this will NOT happen. If this matter is not resolved before COB on the 1st of Nov, I will hand this matter over to the consumer ombudsman to take further action against Neotel! There is no urgency in their staff to resolve this issue. I have 3 accounts with them and would think they will value me as a client!
