I bought 300mb of data on friday past, i normaly buy that to use for messenging and the occasional browse when im not at home, ive normally used 300mb the very same way ive been doing this weekend for more than 3 weeks. Just today i checked my balance and there was to my suprise no data left, i tried calling mtn to find out why it was used so quickly, i was disgusted by the response coz they could only give me an indication of what has eaten my data so quickly on the 21st of feb, i honestly will have no use for that information then coz by then if it was incorrectly deducted then it would never be refunded by mtn as we all know that services providers are quick to take the consumers cash but very hesitant to make refunds, the other thing that upset me was the tone of the call centre agent, she was literally shouting at me like i was some illiterate child.
