Bad Service repair

Hi All.
Can you please help me out, i need my Iphone 4 phone back from MTN, has been in for Repairs since December around the 18th. I booked it in for Repairs @ Keywest shopping Mall and it was for the second time. The first time i took it in during November which was taken in for over 6 weeks. I am not happy with MTN at all, i have tried possible avenues of resolving this however its not enough. The replaced headset i was given was faulty and not reading my micro SD Sim, went bought a new Sim thinking my sim is faulty and that did nOt help either, took it back. Now i am without a phone, yes it not a Iphone 4s or Iphone 5, however i need it back if my phone is out of warranty and that's the reason why you taking long to give me a replacement headset then give me my original phone i bought with the following serial # 012845006803492. I hope i will hear from you soon
