1. I get an sms from cellc stating I have 500mb left, I check my balance (*101#) and its 3385mb, so I call the call centre, the agent response is that its Giganite thats why its showing 3385mb, my balance is actually 499mb. I told the agent "surely this is misleading, when I check my balance I get 3385" his response was "you did use it", I was not querying if I used it, I know I used data, I have a data contract! But showing me a balance which is not my actual balance, made me use more data, every month I end on having more than 300mb left as I manage my data! This month because your service said 3385mb I kept using it! Because you gave me the wrong info.
2. On the same call I queried my current call charges, according to the agent I subscribed to Mira, I dont even know what this is, I asked to be removed and he said he can't, I must call these people myself but they are only open 8-5.
I found it very hard to believe that CellC couldn't stop this, so I calles again, Tsepo assisted me after I was adamant I wanted the service stopped. He said I will be unsubscribed. This is the second time im being billed for something I did not subscribe to, and you wont block the services!!!
