Technician no show for appointment

So after getting 2 confirmations of installation date, and a phone call from telkom,
the technician did not show up.

During yesterday i phoned telkom 3 times and they just said that
the technician might still come, he might still come phone again later if he did not come.

I phoned this morning and the operator said that the technician did try to call me? (AKA telkom speak for messing me around). As I had no missed calls and I had no left messages or sms's. I had people at the premises all day to ensure there is no issue.

I'm still waiting with no resolution.?

All I except form telkom is to be honest let me know when this will happen and let me know why they are
not delivering on schedule. keep me informed as I had inconvenienced people to be at the premises just in case telkom arrives.
