Our vehicle was & our insurance company requested the reg. doc. I requested vehicle doc on the 18/11/2013.I was told by the call centre consultant that he would email a copy of the doc immediately. It would take 3-5 working days, to collect at our nearest branch. On the 25/11/2013 I contacted the call centre again to find out what the progress was on my request, I was told that there is no record of my request. I requested to speak to a team leader or manager but I was told they can't assist me. After a few calls again to the call centre I was told to request the doc for the second time. I received a ref no & took down the consultant name. After much frustration she said she would escalate the matter & I could collect it on 27/11/2013.On the 26/11/2013 I contacted the call centre again only to find out the ref number does not exist & the request was not logged. Again I have been told to re-request the doc's for the third time. I have now been given notice by my insurance company that if I do not provide them with relevant documentation before the end of the week my insurance claim will be cancelled & I will lose R140K.Will Nedbank take responsibility & reimburse me
