On the 9th January I logged a complaint against MTN.
On the 10th January I received a response that the issue has been escalated,
Today is the 29th January and I still didn't receive call.
Because of PICBELL PARCADE bad service I took it for a second opinion... where i was informed that this IT IS A manufacturing fault, and the STORE MANAGER informed me to go to the technicians office. I need to run around wasting my time and money going from place to place and nothing gets resolved. I will escalate this at the PICBEL store again, I will taking this further, I will be escalating this with ICASA!!
