I have been retrenched and had to de-activate my service

On the 29th of January I phoned DSTV and asked how to go about to re-activate the service seeing it was off for over a year.

Was given an amount to pay with an e-mail address for payment confirmation and told services will be restored.

Today I have made my 5th call and the call center operator dropped the phone on me after I asked to be put through to a manger as he also just wanted to escalate my complaint. Problem is the complaint has been escalated 3 times already and nothing gets done.

I have re_mailed the proof of payment as well and was given a case number and on one of the other calls was given a reference number.

So after 11 days still no service no call back and no solution except to cut my call??
