On 14 January 2013, I ordered a board game online for delivery at the Brooklyn Exclusive Books. Once I placed the order and made payment, I was advised that delivery will take place between 5 and 7 working days. Today is the 30th of January. Despite the fact that I was advised by Thabo at 10:23 on 23 January that the item will be delivered by 25 January, the delivery never took place. I made another call at 09:00 on 25 January and was helped by Given, who then advised that the delivery will take place on Monday, 28 January. I also sent an email enquiry on Friday, 25 January. I never received any feedback, so I sent a follow-up email on Monday 28 January. I am disappointed by the fact that I don't receive any responses. I bought this game as a birthday present for someone and this experience has taken away much of the joy it should have brought. I will not support Exclus1ves ever again.
