An appontment was booked on the 8th January 2013 to replace a windscreen on my car at my office on the 10th January 2013 at 2pm.By 3pm when PG had still not arrived we contacted PG Glass and they said that they had not received authorisation from the insurance company. They had also failed to notify me of this despite the fact that they claim that they will procure the required authorisations. Lucky also said that there was no claim logged and that he would only be able to do that on the 11th January. After hearing nothing from PG Glass again we were notified that the windscreen would be replaced at either 11:30am or 2pm today (11th January).
By 4pm there was still no sight of the repair people and despite numerous calls to and promises from Lucky nothing happened and then we were informed that they wouldn't be doing the repair as promised at it was too late.
I think the service and attitude of the PG Glass concerned stinks and I will not use them again and will make sure that I let as many people as possible know what an unhelpful and disinterested place PG Glass is.

If the winscreen was replaced for free I will not accept it and will never deal with them agin at all.
