Cell C. For the last time - a Brief Recap of my situation. Jan 2013 - Your Repairs Div. fixed my phone but Your Accounts Div. did not bill my Phone Account as advised by your Repairs Div. Due to this, You suspended my contract lines without calling me to query the matter. I had to keep calling you. Your Call Centre passed the buck to several divisions because they didn't know how to resolve the matter. While the lines were suspended, I had to arrange for new cell phone numbers. I continued to call and I was promised that somebody would get back to me. I emailed you as well, but I was ignored by several Written Correspondence Consultants. I reported the matter to Hello Peter - then suddenly you contact me to reinstate the lines. You coerced me to use the accumulated airtime but I refused - I told you that I wanted the contracts cancelled due to bad service - You said you cannot cancel the contracts and persisted that I make use of the airtime. I told you to bill me for the two cell phones and reimburse me for the monies paid for the unused airtime (due to the lines being suspended - at NO Fault of mine) You continue to bill my Account - yet you refuse to resolve the matter.
