Incorrect debits, suspended lines, bad service

Our account is in my husband's name, so no-one at 8ta will assist me! This is most infuriating because I handle all of our accounts. My husband has even phoned them and requested that they make a note on their system that they should assist me. But they claim that some or other policy has changed.
My husband and my lines have been suspended once again. 8ta claims that the account was over R2000 and is now in arrears, yet they debited our account for R1500. Why did they not debit the full amount??
Now they are asking for a proof of payment fax, but who must do this? I'm not employed by them, and yet it feels as if I am doing their jobs for them!!! How is it possible that they have no idea who they debit and for how much??
Is this company run by a bunch of monkeys???
My husband has had enough, as have I, we're going to cancel our contracts and move to a service provider who actually provides a service!!!
