For the 2nd time in two months both my contracts were suspended for no reason. My account is fully paid up. The message when you phone the numbers state clearly that the service is suspended. My accounts are fully up to date and it is a great embarrassment for me as the caller must be of the opinion after listening to the message that the lines were suspended do to non payment. Even if someone is in arrears it has nothing to do with callers calling the number!! Maybe someone with legal knowledge can assist here.. I had an issue where my statement showed and amount in arrears in the 90 day column. I was told this was due to a change in systems. I have had nothing but problems with Virgin. My original billing problems were only solved after I reported the case to the Consumer Council. It seems like this is the only people that can get Virgin Mobile to do something. I would like to cancel the contracts but with the penalties charged (which I am sure is way above what the Consumer Protection Act prescribes) I will have to live with the pathetic service until March 2014!
