Data bundle running out very quickly

I have been using the 2 1gig data bundle R149.00 for the last two years and the 3gigs had lasted me for a month and had absolutely no problems!!
In the last three months the problems started with the 3gigs lasting for 12 days only, doing exactly the same as I have always done on my internet.
I contacted the call centre and explained the issue. I was sent a report of my usage, which did not help because there were a whole lot of numbers.
At the same time I was receiving mail for a Mrs S Mkhize, on MY internet mail, with regards to her outstanding TV licence.???
After I had complained about my cap lasting for only 10-12 days, my cap lasted for a month again.
Now it is back to 10 DAYS!!
Can someone please explain why it is only lasting for a couple of days???
