In December I bought data from 8ta mobile because I ran out of megs. I was told I am getting a 5 gig which only lasted like under an hour. I phoned 8ta call centre only to be advised that their technicians will look into the matter and will get back to me but in the interim we had to load another data bundle. The only thing I received was a reference number. No one from Telkom contacted me again. I only received an sms saying the matter has been resolved. I kept on phoning and were told that we used a lot of data for that period. I phoned again today only to find out that no 5 gig was loaded in December but that we bought 2 gb 3 times for that day. How is that possible? At R119 for 2 gig surely it would come to R357... We were billed R447 for 4 to 5 days seriously now (there is only R447 stated as Once off Internet bundle). All I seem to hear from Telkom is that there was high data usage but no one can give me an answer. I have an adsl line with 5gb per month that I use for wireless communication inside the house. I want answers from 8ta. I have emailed them and got no reply except for copies of the data usage which tells me jack.
