Please give me my 1.5Gb data back!

Every 2 months I seem to run into problems with my pay as you go data bundle when I update at the end of the 2 months! Last night I lost 1.5Gb of data because I listened to a previous Customer Care (CC) (oxymoron) person who told me that data expires at around 03:30 so I set my alarm for 03:00 this morning so I could purchase a new internet bundle & carry over my existing data. After doing that I only had the 75Mb bundle I had just purchased left!
The CC dept give conflicting stories and the info sent out by MTN does not actually mean what it says.
E.g.: Quote SMS: "Your remaining internet bundle will expire in 48hrs. If you load another internet bundle, you can carry over your unused data by 2 months" - time stamp is 09:05 on 15 Apr.
MTN says their 48hrs can be anywhere from 39 - 48hrs.
I was told today by Patricia that the 2 mths is actually 60 days - I explained that then I still had 1 day to go as it's 59 days since purchase (17th Feb.) A 'Supervisor' then called & said the time was 2 calendar months - I explained that if you have to buy the the day before each time you lose a day (expires 17th - you must buy on16th - in 2 mths on 15th, etc.)
Please give me my data back!
