Can't get itemized billing

My husband and I have been phoning and emailing Cell C for an itemized billing report since yesterday. We keep getting the same email with no information in it. We need to claim back money from the company I work for, and even though we stay on the line with the call center operator, we still cannot get the right information from them. They keep sending the same empty file.

Please help! I need this information urgently...
