Air time incorrectly allocated

Is about two weeks now not getting my R120 air time topped up on the wrong number mistakenly which was 078 073... instead of 078 072 ..., I called I made the service provider aware of the incident that happened via cell phone banking... Makwena a call center agent checked on the system to verify my statement, and confirmed to me that the air time will be hold and reversed from the wrong number until I fax the proof of payment on 0119125043 to the team leader Tshepo and when I did so and made a follow up, nobody has an answer but telling me that they're not from the same center, they will escalate the case as they can't see my incident on the system reported and other gave me an assurance that the Team leader will make a follow up and get back to me. During the week finally Makwena called me asked me to fax again 0837058111 the BANK STATEMENT with A BANK STAMP on it as the other fax machine had problems and the proof of payment showing on the system is not what is required until then NO REFUND will be reimbursed as it is the protocol. I asked her to put her team leader on the fone, she didn't and claimed I will be called back, I'm still waiting.
